Hi, my name is Winston, and I’m an 11 year old miniature schnauzer. I am writing this letter on my Owner’s behalf. My owner picked me up from a rescue 8 years ago. She missed her Shih Tzu of 16 years, and needed 4-legged companionship again. Besides living with my owner, I have lived with a parrot, a cat who came from the Humane Society; rabbits, chickens, snakes, and lots of pond fish. We have all lived together as one big happy family on Vancouver Island.

My owner has always had a love of animals and it shows. She is a retired teacher so your pets are in good hands with the very best care – as teachers are educated, trained professionals. She has an extensive background working with animals in her travels, has worked as a Vet Assistant in a very busy Vet Clinic & Boarding Kennel, in addition to care of many people’s pets. My owner has gained a lot of experience & knowledge from traveling all over the world including places like Australia, South America, Europe, U.S.A., Hawaii, and Canada. In saying that, we are all unique special beings – both animal and human. Because my owner has Arthritis as well, she believes in Natural Holistic Care for herself and her pets. Your pet(s) will be in a safe caring environment with a pet sitter who goes above and beyond. To be an even better pet sitter to all her canine and feline clients she is continually updating and furthering her education through classes and literature.
