My name is Debbie D. and I have known LCS's owner, Rebecca, for six years. During that time I have used her services as a Pet Care Provider numerous times. My husband and I have two cats and one dog. Rebecca goes above and
beyond ordinary pet care. Watching her with animals is amazing. The mere mention of her name around George (our Yorkie-Poo) is so cute, his ears become erect and he darts for the door to see if she is there. Bob (our
big cat) is afraid of his own shadow, but not Rebecca; Gracie (our small cat) reacts the same way when Rebecca is around. Leaving a pet behind is a pet owners nightmare, but after having Rebecca care for our animals and the
fantastic job she does in every area of their care, makes leaving them a tad easier. I trust her not only with my pets, but my home as well. It is always in better shape than I left it, with plants watered and mail brought in. She encourages me to call and check on them, which I always do, and she reassures me they are fine. I have known LCS pet care for over a year now, and there is no one I would rather have care for my Tasia, than Rebecca. I couldn't be happier that we found LCS for our little Tasia. I'm so at ease leaving my pets with Rebecca. I knew Tasia would be well taken care of. I see how much Rebecca spoils her own pets. I can finally stop worrying and enjoy my vacations. LCS is diligent, honest, and completely empathetic towards my pets. It's like I never left. Our home still looked the same as when we left. My pets are just as relaxed as when I left them for a normal work day. LCS's owner, Rebecca cares for my pets as if they were her own. When an emergency crops up, I trust her to handle it the way I would, as if it were her own pet. She is very knowledgeable in pet care, and a good source of information for any questions I have had. We also love the pet-sit cards, pictures, comments, allowing us to check-in from time to time, and the little extra touches she leaves behind. Rebecca's work and dedication are priceless. She spends so much time with animals, and takes pride in her work. She gives her animals so much TLC when they are not feeling well, and we know she would do the same for our pets. We know she has the experience and knowledge, having owned many pets herself (birds, dogs, cats, fish etc.). We were so impressed how she knew Tasia's personality so well. LCS is our very own little 'dog whisperer.' We won't hesitate to use Little Critter Services again!
